EXPERIENCE: I have 20 yrs of teaching experience in tuition specialising in teaching mathematics, combined sciences (Phy/Chem and Chem/Bio) and pure sciences (Physics, Biology & Chemistry) at secondary (O-levels), IB &JC (A-levels). I have received positive feedback from parents and students. I am also currently an Associate Lecturer from a local tertiary institution lecturing in Applied Sciences (Biomedical Sciences) modules with 12years of experience. I have taught modules such as Biochemistry, Genetics, Molecular & Cell Biology, Anatomy & Physiology, Chemistry and Biology. I am also well trained in the Problem Based Learning (PBL) pedagogy. I am currently a holder of 3 master's degrees from the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) (Master of Science (Biomedical Engineering) and University of Adelaide (Master of Education and Master of Business Administration). I was awarded the Letter of Commendation for being one of the top students in the cohort for my NTU Master of Science degree by the Dean. My bachelor's degree is from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in Mechanical Engineering. I currently have some secondary (O-level), JC (A-Level) & IB students. I am well versed in both the IB and MOE syllabus. I am strict but fair with my proven track record of success with my students using my established pedagogical methods of tutoring. On a light note, I believe a lesson would be more enjoyable if some humor is weaved into it.

1. My student Amanda Tong Man Yi, from Kembangan, scored A1s in triple sciences and double maths for GCE 'O' Levels after attending my tuition class. She went on to qualify for RI. 2. My student Estee Toh Qian Qi, from Thomson, obtained Distinctions in triple sciences for GCE 'O' Levels. She went on to qualify for ACJC and NUS Business Administration. 3. My student Therese Ang Wenqi, from Thomson, achieved A1s in triple sciences for GCE 'O' Levels and A for Chemistry for GCE 'A' Levels. She went on to qualify for VJC and subsequently NUS Law. 4. My student Lim Wei, from Thomson, obtained Distinction in Combined Science (Chemistry and Physics) for GCE 'O' Levels. He is now doing Architecture at the Bartlett School of Architecture, the University College London. 5.
