  2. Personal data information submitted to Home Tuition Care will be used for the sole purpose of assisting Home Tuition Care to find appropriate tutors or tutor seekers in the manner specified on our Services Guide.
  3. Personal data information will only be transmitted and disclosed to tutors or parents that have made specific requests with given consent.
  4. Tutors are entitled to access their own personal data information subject to prior confirmation of identification and password.
  5. Tutors may edit or amend personal data information at any time.
  6. Subject to legal requirements, all personal data information will be retained by Home Tuition Care until a formal request is made to delete his/her personal data from the Home Tuition Care database.
We only collect what’s needed to provide our services and never sell your data.
