I have been a secondary school teacher for the past 20 years. In addition, I have been appointed Subject head of History since 2016. I also served in MOE Curriculum Planning and Development Division as a curriculum officer for 3 years. i have helped developed and write textbooks and design assessments for the current History and Social studies syllabuses starting from 2013 to the present.

- I have been awarded the SPC book Prize for History in 1995 while in University. I have also been awarded a Masters in Education from UWA in 2006. I have more than 100 hours of training as a full time archaeologist and historian from 2003 to 2013.

I have also been engaged to carry out teaching workshops for teachers based on my skills and current use of teaching methodology.
