I strongly believe that the learning process is not dependant solely on the tutor, but also the student. I believe that a tutor must be able to grasp this. He must be able to communicate with students, to motivate them as well as to provide personalized help to attack a student's weakness. Schools, afterall, lack this feature, which is what makes a tutor so unique and important. This means that a tutor carries a huge burden on his shoulder in which he must be willing to carry. This is my philosophy. I have been lecturing at a private "O" level school, Mass Education. I am experienced in Science and Math. Being an undergraduate of Economics in NUS, I am also equipped to tutor Economics at "A" levels.
