Tan Yu Ren

I'm Yu Ren, and I'm 21 this year. I just finished my National Service and am looking forward to enter the teaching path in the future. I'm enrolled into NUS Chemical Engineering. I'd like to try out teaching as a part-time tutor to gain some experience and to nurture myself into a better tutor/teacher in the future. Personally, I feel that being a teacher is more than just teaching per se. But it is really to help the students to achieve good standard both in academic and in moral aspect of his/her life.

I topped the cohort for my secondary school during the 'O' levels, and acheieved 7 distinctions for my 'O' levels. I was placed in the Honours Roll during the 'A' level and scored 4 Distinctions in H2 Physics, H2 Chemistry, H2 Maths, H1 Economics.
