Though it is my first time teaching, I believe I can help the student to achieve what the student wants. I think every students have their own target, I will let them set a target and the target deadline, and help them to reach the target. After making the student understand their target, it will be easier for both the teacher and the student to work together. We understand each others' needs and compromise with each other. We achieve the our goals together. As a teacher, my goal will be helping my student to get the basic fundamental right, then challenge for the tougher.
