I was once a student who was weak and this made me realize and understand what students are lacking in their studies. I really wants to help every single student to realise their potential because even I can rise up from someone with lacklustre grades to be the top graduate student for 'N' and 'O' levels for consecutively 2 years.
I am motivated and disciplined. I believe that for a student to learn well, he or she must enjoy in the process of learning. I would like to think that I am a very patient so if the student do not understand, i will explain it till he/she understands. I will never stop the lesson if the student do not understand.
I will always give students questions after i taught them a new concept to test their understanding of the chapter. At the end of every lesson, i will ask the student to recap what i have taught he/she today. This teaching method of mine has proved positive results seen in my students.
In addition, i am flexible to my teaching method as i believe different students learn differently. I will adjust my teaching method to the student's preference.
