During my course of studies for my Diploma in Early childhood Education, i was attached to a few childcare centres and gained many new insights, i went on to work as a K2 english form teacher at a PCF kindergarten for 1/2 year before i committed 1 year to private full time tutoring about 10 children, ranging from Nursery, K1, K2, Primary 1-3 : English, reading, creative expression(story telling), art & crafts, Mathematics and chinese. I'm currently pursuing a degree in communication studies which better aids me in conveying and communicating to children and their parents. Being a tutor is about effectively teaching & imparting knowledge, skills and positive values to children, who will make up the future generations. : )

I graduated from a Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education from RTRC Asia in year 2007, with a GPA of 3.0.

Proven Record

I have tutored children who started off uninterested in the subjects, and with motivation, encouragement, care & concern, i managed to teach and explain more.. which led to them taking an interest in the subjects they once hated. I have also taught "alphabets" and reading related skills to children who doesn't have a strong background in English. I have seen tremendous improvement and they have sucessfully integrated into primary school life well.
