What a child and youth needs in today's world is more encouragement and praise. Praise their smallest triumphs, Praise their smallest deeds. Amplify their laughter, tolerate their chatter. Find out what they are after and find out what are their fears. If we tell our children and youths that their riches are within, they will dig gold out of their minds and find a way to win because children learn what they live and children live what they learn. :)
