I am 35 and have passion in teaching. My past working experience as an IT trainer and Tuition teacher make me understand the role in service line. As a teacher not only we must equip with the basic theory IQ, we must also explain to our students the importance of learning and realise the application of it. Stir up their interest in the topic and eventually they will pick up the skills very quickly. As a teacher we equip our students with the correct theory, good examples, right model , be their study partner, correct them when they make mistakes and most important of all encourage them if they feel demoralise or stressful in coping with their studies. It is important not to over stress our student but to make them enjoy the process of learning.

On my first session, i will observe the students strenght and weakness then try my best to apply the correct method of teaching accordingly.Once, I used to teach in an education centre. It was a group tuition and there were ten students in the class. One day a parent of my student came to me telling me that her daughter had found interest in science ever since attending my class. She used to fail in class because she had difficulty in understanding it. I was delighted and touched upon hearing these words. I was very happy for her and a flash across my mind telling myself that nothing can be as satisfying as seeing my students improvement.
